Sometimes eyebrows seem to have a mind of their own up there above your eyes. They can simply grow wild and unchecked, or you may be tempted to get rid of them and draw in the brows of your dreams with a pencil. Both solutions are extreme and not the best look on anyone. If you can't see where one eyebrow ends and the other begins, then it's time to start grooming. Holding a pencil against the outermost part of your nose will show you where to pluck. Any hairs outside the pencil to between the brows should go. Crafting and maintaining the arch of your eyebrows is a bit trickier. Ideally, the arch - where your brow naturally rises - should happen just above the iris, or the colored part of your eye. Be conservative when plucking this area. Experts recommend pulling just two or three hairs in this area each day, then assessing how much more needs to go as you progress. The top of the brows can be plucked as well, but again, a conservative approach is best and some professionals don't even touch this area.
