Admit it. You tried your hardest to stick with your healthy eating and exercise program, but it all went to pot over Thanksgiving. More than likely, you probably consumed upwards of 3,000 calories.

Instead of turning one bad day into a month-long diet detour, pick yourself up and get back on the diet bandwagon. It's not too late. Remember today is a new day. Start it off right with a good workout. Hit the gym. Go for a run or even a brisk walk through the park. Do something to get your body moving and burn off those extra calories you consumed, even if it means hitting the stores early on Black Friday. Park far away from your destination.
