Getting Back On the Diet Bandwagon
Take the stairs instead of the elevator. If you are in the mall, skip the food court. And if you do need to grab a bite to eat, make sure it's on plan. Whatever you're doing, be certain it involves water and lots of it. Keep a water bottle close at hand and refill it throughout the day. Get back to journaling - write down what you eat, how much you exercise and how you're feeling. Recruit a partner in crime to help you make it through the holiday season without packing on the pounds. Sure, it's the holiday season, but what better gift to give yourself this year than the gift of good health?
