Pork Pot Roast

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb pork roast
1 small onion, sliced
1 small bay leaf
2 Tbls. water
2 tsp. soy sauce
Dash garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Methods/steps
Sprinkle the roast with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Put the sliced onion in a slow cooker, then add the seasoned roast. Add the bay leaf, soy sauce and water.
Cover and cook for 1 hour on high, then for 6-8 hours on low.
