What you'll need:

2 cups silken tofu
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (stems removed)
1/2 cup plain soy milk
1/2 cup ice
2 tablespoons of honey

All you need to do is combine the ingredients in your blender, puree until smooth, and then serve.
