Of course, if you're really rushed for time you might want to consider the breakfast options at your favorite fast food restaurant. Take a look at their calorie and fat facts and you might want to run for the hills. Instead pick the best of the worst at the drive thru window.

Look for fresh fruit and fruit juice and build your meal around that. Pancakes without butter or syrup work great as does a plain egg sandwich without the cheese or bacon.

Those things never taste as good as they do at home and they're full of empty calories.

Don't let time be the reason why you skip out on breakfast. All you need is a few minutes in the morning and you can have a healthy and nutritious meal.
