On the other hand, refined sugars, flour, trans fats and starches can cause inflammation and accelerate aging. Non-food causes of aging include stress, excess UV light and hormones. Try relaxation techniques such as yoga or meditation to reduce stress, and wear sunblock to reduce those pesky wrinkles that add years to your face. Remember, you're only as old as you feel.
