Re-evaluate Your Next Meal
Choose to focus on your advancements - whether it's eating more fruits and vegetables, turning down desserts, losing inches from your waist, or lowering your cholesterol a few points. Give yourself a little positive reinforcement each time you reach a goal, and don't make them too lofty. Concentrate on what you do today or at the next meal and take it one day at a time.
