Peel off one side of a strip and affix it to the inside hem of the shirt, then stick directly to your skin in the area where you want the garment to fall. Got a tank top strap that keeps falling off your shoulder? Dress tape can help it stay put. A rip in clothing can be mended temporarily with tape, too. If your skirt is sticking to your legs because of static cling, either grab some hairspray and give it a light spritz or flick a little bit of water on the skirt. Static is caused by a lack of humidity, so if you add a little moisture, then voila. Remove deodorant stains and collar stains with a damp washcloth...not a paper towel or tissues, which will leave behind unsightly lint. Sweater picks are particularly annoying, but if you have a pin, then you can poke the thread back through the front of the garment, making it appear less noticeable. Keep it from unraveling further by affixing the safety pin behind the area where the sweater pull occurred. Fix a wardrobe malfunction fast with a little preparation!
