Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked crust
    1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
    4 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 tbsp. stick butter
    1 cup pecans
Methods/steps
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs slightly and add syrup and vanilla extract. Melt butter and mix into egg mixture. Add salt and Sweet 'N Low sweetener. Beat well; then add pecans and stir and pour into pie shell and bake for about 60 minutes or until center is firm.
