- 1 pita bread
- American, Swiss or Provolone cheese
- Cut pita bread in half crosswise. Spread insides with butter. Add 1-2 slices of cheese (depending on size of pita). Place on plate in microwave and melt for 20-30 seconds or until cheese is melted. Length of time in microwave will vary depending on power wattage of microwave.
