2 cup white chicken meat, canned is fine 3/4 cup grapes, cut in halves 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped 1/4 cup celery, chopped 2 tbsp. shallots 1 tbsp. fresh mint Sea salt and pepper to taste 3/4 cup favorite mayo
Methods/steps
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
