Quick Chicken Salad


For 4 people

  • 16 ounce(s) white chicken meat, canned or freshly cooke
  • 3/4 cup(s) grapes, cut in halves
  • 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) shallots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh mint
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
  • 3/4 cup(s) favorite mayo


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Refrigerate or serve immediately.
