Penne with Beef & Mushrooms
When you've got extra meat and vegetables on hand, don't throw them away... throw them in, as in into this mouthwatering medley. Get started with penne, beef and mushrooms and go from there.
At a glance
1 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
Hot cooked Penne pasta
Lightly brown stew meat in a pan; then combine stew meat, soup, soup mix, mushrooms and pepper in crock-pot. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve over penne.
Ready in 10 hours
