No Gluten Cheese Sausage Dip
Just a fragrant crock-pot of cheese and sausage… definitely Gluten Free!
At a glance
1 pkg. of Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage
1 lb. of Velvetta cheese
1 can of Rotel (canned tomatoes and peppers) blended
1 8 oz. cream cheese
Cook sausage until brown. Drain off fat. Add velvetta, rotel and cream cheese to sausage. Heat on low/medium heat in saucepan until cheese is melted or put in a crock-pot and cook on low until melted.
Serve with tortilla chips.
