Mediterranean Marinade

Versatile, flavorful, and easy...this marinade will add zip to meats, poultry, fish and even vegetables and potatoes. No need for store bought seasoning packets or expensive bottled marinades any longer. A few simple ingredients and a few minutes in the kitchen is all you need.

Mediterranean Marinade


For 1 people

  • 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 teaspoon(s) (1 tbsp) prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) fresh oregano


Combine and pour over thin boneless pork slices. Marinate in refrigerator 1-8 hours. Serve on grilled or roasted meat.
