    1/2 cup of soybeans 1/2 lb. of diced asparagus 1 baby lobster 1/3 cup of blended ginger 1/4 tsp. of cayenne pepper 1 cup of soymilk
Methods/steps
Blend the soybeans with water; dice the asparagus. Then boil one whole baby lobster and stuff the lobster with the ginger and the cayenne pepper. Pour the soy milk on top of the lobster with the diced asparagus.
