Just because you're watching your waistline doesn't mean you have to give up your favorite foods... like French fries. These crunchy, baked potatoes are simply delish.

Ingredients
    3 medium baking potatoes
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 tbsp. malt vinegar
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Scrub potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato lengthwise into 6 wedges. Place wedges in a medium bowl and cover with cold water. Let stand 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry with paper towels. Place potatoes and oil in a medium bowl and toss to coat evenly; place potatoes on baking sheet. Sprinkle with pepper and oregano. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with malt vinegar.
