Farmer's Cheese Ball

Cleverly shaped like an apple, this unique cheese ball is not the same old spread. Creamy and deliciously flavored with white cheddar, cinnamon, and red pepper, the compliments won't fall far from the chef. 


Farmer's Cheese Ball

Ingredients

For 10 people

  • 8 ounce(s) white cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 (1 1/2 inch) cinnamon stick
  • 1 bay leaf

Directions

Process first 4 ingredients in a blender until smooth. Chill 30 minutes. Shape into a ball; make an indentation in top to resemble an apple. Chill ball 30 minutes. Coat ball heavily with paprika; cover and chill for 1 hour. Insert cinnamon stick and bay leaf into indentation to resemble apple stem and leaf. Serve with crackers.
