4 boneless pork loin chops
Salt and pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/3 cup fat-free half-and-half
Methods/steps
Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Spray a large skillet with baking spray. Cook pork chops 5-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and keep warm. Stir chicken broth into skillet, scraping up browned bits. Stir in mustard until blended. Stir in the half and half. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 5-6 minutes or until thickened. Serve over pork chops.
