Ingredients
    1 28-oz can diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 19-oz cans black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 1/2 cubes vegetable bouillon
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3-4 garlic cloves, crushed
    2 cups frozen green beans
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. curry powder
Methods/steps
Combine all veggies, beans and spices in crock pot. Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot water. Add to pot. Add additional water or stock if needed. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
