1/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
1 tsp. butter
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
4 pork loin center chops
Salt and pepper to taste

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Spray a large skillet with baking spray. Add butter to the skillet, along with the sugar mixture and apples. Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender and sauce has thickened. Remove to a bowl and cover to keep warm.
