Ingredients
    2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. each ground cinnamon and nutmeg
    1 tsp. butter
2 cups apples, peeled and chopped
    4 pork loin center chops
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tsp. chopped pecans
Methods/steps
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Spray a large skillet with baking spray. Add butter to the skillet, along with the sugar mixture and apples. Cook over medium heat until the apples are tender and sauce has thickened. Remove to a bowl and cover to keep warm. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, and cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally, to desired temperature. Place each pork chop on a plate and divide the apple mixture evenly on top of each chop. Sprinkle each chop with 1/2tsp. chopped pecans
