    4 6-oz. filet mignon
    Kosher salt
    Blue cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. balsamic syrup
Methods/steps
Liberally season both sides of filets with salt. Place on grill or in sauté pan over medium-high heat; sear each side for 4-5 minutes for rare. Crumble blue cheese on each filet and drizzle with balsamic syrup.
