Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) seven grain cereal
  • 5 cup(s) water
  • 1 medium apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup(s) unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/4 cup(s) dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup(s) raisins
  • 1/4 cup(s) dates, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) walnuts, chopped

Directions

In a 5-quart slow cooker, combine the first 11 ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until fruits are softened. Sprinkle individual servings with walnuts.
