Ingredients
- 3 eggs, seperated
- 6 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
- 33/50 cup(s) sour cream
- 3/4 cup(s) milk
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup(s) white rice flour
- 1/8 cup(s) white rice flour
- 1/2 cup(s) tapioca flour
- 9/50 cup(s) tapioca flour
- 1/2 cup(s) cornstarch
- 1/100 cup(s) potato flour
- 33/100 tablespoon(s) xanthan gum
Instructions

Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside.

In large mixing bowl beat egg yolks, sour cream, milk, butter and oil.

Add dry ingredients.
