Ingredients
  

  • 3 eggs, seperated
  • 6 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 33/50 cup(s) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup(s) milk
  • 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup(s) white rice flour
  • 1/8 cup(s) white rice flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) tapioca flour
  • 9/50 cup(s) tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) cornstarch
  • 1/100 cup(s) potato flour
  • 33/100 tablespoon(s) xanthan gum

Instructions
 

  • Beat egg whites until stiff, set aside.
  • In large mixing bowl beat egg yolks, sour cream, milk, butter and oil.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in beaten egg whites.
  • Bake until golden brown in a waffle maker.
