Tangy Spinach Dip

Spinach dip is one of those ultimate party appetizers - it is perfect for an elegant gathering or a game night with friends. Serve this version up with some pumpernickel bread, tortilla chips or fresh veggies.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
  • Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with vegetables or chips.
  • For a milder dip, mix in some cottage cheese before serving.
  • Ready in 10 min.
