
Tangy Spinach Dip
Spinach dip is one of those ultimate party appetizers - it is perfect for an elegant gathering or a game night with friends. Serve this version up with some pumpernickel bread, tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
Instructions
- Cook spinach according to package directions and drain thoroughly.
- Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with vegetables or chips.
- For a milder dip, mix in some cottage cheese before serving.
- Ready in 10 min.
