Sweet Potato Waffles
Sweet news -- breakfast just got even better. You won't waffle over whether or not to cook this gourmet dish for your morning mash-up. Prepared with fresh sweet potatoes, it's an a.m. treat with plenty of appeal.
Ingredients
- 2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup(s) mashed sweet potatoes -- already cooked
- 2 eggs -- lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup(s) skim milk
- 1/4 cup(s) butter -- melted
- 3 tablespoon(s) sugar
- 333/500 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1 dash(es) salt
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, potatoes, butter and eggs.
- In separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar baking powder and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ones.
- Stir well.
- Cook waffles at your favorite setting.
