Sugar Free Health Cookies
Healthier than your average cookie. They are sugar-free and delicious. If you wish, you could add some spice to give these cookies a lift.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) dates, pitted and chopped
- 8 floz water
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 teaspoon(s) aspartame sweetener
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup(s) rolled oats
Instructions
- In a small pan mix together raisins, dates, and water.
- Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, and then cool.
- In a medium bowl, stir together oil, eggs, vanilla, artificial sweetener, flour, baking soda, and oats.
- Add the boiled mixture to this, stir, and refrigerate overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Drop cookies from a tbs onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
