Sugar Free Health Cookies
Healthier than your average cookie. They are sugar-free and delicious. If you wish, you could add some spice to give these cookies a lift.

- 1 cup(s) raisins
- 1/2 cup(s) dates, pitted and chopped
- 8 floz water
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
- 3 teaspoon(s) aspartame sweetener
- 1 cup(s) all-purpose flour
- 1 cup(s) rolled oats
In a small pan mix together raisins, dates, and water.
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes, and then cool.
In a medium bowl, stir together oil, eggs, vanilla, artificial sweetener, flour, baking soda, and oats.
Add the boiled mixture to this, stir, and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Drop cookies from a tbs onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
