Stir-Fry Combo
Turkey... Shrimp... Chicken... So many staples, so little time. With this dish, you can combine them all. There's no reason to play favorites -- have everything you want in one great dish.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1/2 stock of celery chopped fine
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 1 small red pepper diced
- 16 ounce(s) broccoli crowns
- 16 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms
- 16 ounce(s) bean sprouts
- 32 ounce(s) ground turkey
- 32 ounce(s) peeled shrimp
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, or add to taste
Instructions
- In large skillet put in olive oil, heat until hot.
- Add onion, celery, garlic, peppers, shrimp, and broccoli, cook for 10 minutes then add ground turkey.
- Add soy sauce, and pepper, mix ingredients cook 10 minutes.
- Add bean sprouts and cook until bean sprouts are soft and tender, around 5-10 minutes.
- Ready in 40 min.
