Stir-Fry Combo

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 1/2 stock of celery chopped fine
  • 1 small green pepper diced
  • 1 small red pepper diced
  • 16 ounce(s) broccoli crowns
  • 16 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms
  • 16 ounce(s) bean sprouts
  • 32 ounce(s) ground turkey
  • 32 ounce(s) peeled shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, or add to taste

Instructions
 

  • In large skillet put in olive oil, heat until hot.
  • Add onion, celery, garlic, peppers, shrimp, and broccoli, cook for 10 minutes then add ground turkey.
  • Add soy sauce, and pepper, mix ingredients cook 10 minutes.
  • Add bean sprouts and cook until bean sprouts are soft and tender, around 5-10 minutes.
  • Ready in 40 min.
