- 2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
- 1 large onion diced
- 1/2 stock of celery chopped fine
- 1 small green pepper diced
- 1 small red pepper diced
- 16 ounce(s) broccoli crowns
- 16 ounce(s) sliced mushrooms
- 16 ounce(s) bean sprouts
- 32 ounce(s) ground turkey
- 32 ounce(s) peeled shrimp
- 1 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce, or add to taste
In large skillet put in olive oil, heat until hot.
Add onion, celery, garlic, peppers, shrimp, and broccoli, cook for 10 minutes then add ground turkey.
Add soy sauce, and pepper, mix ingredients cook 10 minutes.
Add bean sprouts and cook until bean sprouts are soft and tender, around 5-10 minutes.
Ready in 40 min.
