Skewered Scallops
Who wants hot dogs and hamburgers when you can enjoy these gourmet scallop kabobs, served along with peppers, onion and tomatoes. It will skewer your taste buds with delight!
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) scallops per person
- 32 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 32 tablespoon(s) Oil and Vinegar Dressing
- 1 Green bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomatoes
Instructions

Marinate scallops in mixture of 1/2 soy sauce and 1/2 oil and vinegar dressing for about 4 hours; alternate scallops with chunks of green bell pepper, onion and fresh tomatoes on skewers and grill outside about 20 minutes, or until scallops are done.
