Who wants hot dogs and hamburgers when you can enjoy these gourmet scallop kabobs, served along with peppers, onion and tomatoes. It will skewer your taste buds with delight!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounce(s) scallops per person
  • 32 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 32 tablespoon(s) Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Marinate scallops in mixture of 1/2 soy sauce and 1/2 oil and vinegar dressing for about 4 hours; alternate scallops with chunks of green bell pepper, onion and fresh tomatoes on skewers and grill outside about 20 minutes, or until scallops are done.
  • Ready in 25 minutes.
