Shrimp Cilantro

Although a white fish entree can stand on its own, this scrumptious shrimp cilantro makes a great complimentary dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 1 medium red onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 cloves garlic, fine chop
  • 10 medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon(s) snipped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into slices
  • 1 Baked white fish

Instructions
 

  • Heat butter and olive oil in saute pan; add onion and garlic.
  • Cook and stir until tender.
  • Add shrimp; cook 1 minute.
  • Turn shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes longer.
  • Do not overcook.
  • Remove shrimp to serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro.
  • Pour pan juices over shrimp.
  • Serve with lime slices and baked white fish, such as tilapia.
