Shrimp Cilantro
Although a white fish entree can stand on its own, this scrumptious shrimp cilantro makes a great complimentary dish.

- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, fine chop
- 10 medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon(s) snipped cilantro
- 1 lime, cut into slices
- 1 Baked white fish
Heat butter and olive oil in saute pan; add onion and garlic.
Cook and stir until tender.
Add shrimp; cook 1 minute.
Turn shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 minutes longer.
Do not overcook.
Remove shrimp to serving dish and sprinkle with cilantro.
Pour pan juices over shrimp.
Serve with lime slices and baked white fish, such as tilapia.
