Pounded Veal
It's dinner at it's best, easy to pepare and mouthwateringly delicious to devour. This recipe for veal will please the palate. The meat with its simple sauce will be succulent but not too rich.
Ingredients
- 5 portions veal scaloppini, pounded thin
- 1 dash(es) salt, to tase
- 1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
- 2 cup(s) flour, as needed
- 1 tablespoon(s) Clarified butter, as needed
- 2 floz white wine
- 3 whole eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Season veal with salt and pepper.
- Flour veal; dredge in beaten eggs.
- Saute in clarified butter.
- Deglaze the pan with white wine.
- Plate and garnish with parsley.
