
Polenta with Shrimp and Mushrooms
This is shrimply divine! Creamy sauce with polenta cake and mushrooms. What could be better? Impress your friends with this delectable dish.
Ingredients
- 7 large shrimp
- 1/2 cup(s) cremini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 floz Chardonnay wine
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh garlic
- 1/8 cup(s) scallions
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 2 small polenta cakes
- 1 lemon wheel
- 37/100 cup(s) white sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Drizzle of basil oil
Instructions
- Saute shrimp and mushrooms in olive oil until the shrimp are just pink.
- Deglaze with Chardonnay.
- Add garlic, scallions, salt and pepper.
- Place over polenta.
- Finish with lemon beurre blanc and basil oil.
