Polenta with Shrimp and Mushrooms

- 1/2 cup(s) cremini mushrooms
- 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 1 floz Chardonnay wine
- 1 teaspoon(s) fresh garlic
- 1/8 cup(s) scallions
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
- 2 small polenta cakes
- 1 lemon wheel
- 37/100 cup(s) white sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon(s) Drizzle of basil oil
Saute shrimp and mushrooms in olive oil until the shrimp are just pink.
Deglaze with Chardonnay.
Add garlic, scallions, salt and pepper.
Place over polenta.
Finish with lemon beurre blanc and basil oil.
