Pecan Encrusted Salmon
It’s all upstream with this nutty salmon entree. With just a few basic ingredients, you can serve up a seafood special that’s simply divine.
Ingredients
- 8 ounce(s) salmon filet
- 3 ounce(s) crushed pecan halves
- 4 tablespoon(s) clarified butter
- 1 floz Frangelico liqueur
- 8 tablespoon(s) heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
Instructions

Heat saute pan.

Coat salmon in crushed pecans.

Place butter in saute pan.

Sear salmon on both sides.

Finish in 350-degree oven until desired temperature, about 5-10 minutes.

While salmon is in oven, deglaze saute pan with Frangelico; add brown sugar and cream.

Reduce to desired consistency.

Plate salmon and drizzle with sauce.
