
Pasta and Broccoli Side
Freshen up your pasta with a side of broccoli. It will give a little green to your dish and add some extra nutrients. It is a great way to complement any pasta dish.
Ingredients
- 40 ounce(s) fresh broccoli, pieces
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 33/100 cup(s) vegetable oil
- 1 cup(s) cooked linguine
- 1 tablespoon(s) margarine
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
- 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan Cheese, grated
Instructions
- Saute broccoli, garlic, margarine, salt and pepper with oil until tender.
- Toss gently with pasta and serve topped with grated Parmesan.
