
Mixed Greens With Hearts Of Palm
It doesn’t have to be Palm Sunday for you to have a heart… or two. This mixed green salads is a great way to wake up your tastebuds. When you’re in the mood to go gourmet, start your meal out with green dream.
Ingredients
- 6 cup(s) mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cup(s) artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/2 cup(s) hearts of palm, sliced
- 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts, toasted
- 1 cup(s) olive oil
- 1/3 cup(s) white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon(s) basil, fresh, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced
Instructions

Dressing: Add the vinegar and garlic to the food processor bowl.

With the processor running, drizzle in the oil.

Add the basil and pulse a few times.

Salad: Arrange the greens on medium plates.

Place the artichokes and hearts of palm around the edges.

Ladle on the dressing.

Garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
