It doesn't have to be Palm Sunday for you to have a heart... or two. This mixed green salads is a great way to wake up your tastebuds. When you're in the mood to go gourmet, start your meal out with green dream.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cup(s) mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup(s) artichoke hearts, quartered
  • 1/2 cup(s) hearts of palm, sliced
  • 1/4 cup(s) pine nuts, toasted
  • 1 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) basil, fresh, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic, minced

Instructions
 

  • Dressing: Add the vinegar and garlic to the food processor bowl.
  • With the processor running, drizzle in the oil.
  • Add the basil and pulse a few times.
  • Salad: Arrange the greens on medium plates.
  • Place the artichokes and hearts of palm around the edges.
  • Ladle on the dressing.
  • Garnish with the toasted pine nuts.
  • No Cooking Needed.
