Mexican Omelet

Ingredients

  

  • 8 ounce(s) ground meat
  • 1 teaspoon(s) minced onion
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 floz water
  • 10 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese

Instructions

 

  • Brown meat with minced onion in 10-inch skillet and drain.
  • Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Beat eggs and pour over meat mixture.
  • Cover pan and turn heat to low.
  • Cook 10-12 minutes until eggs are set.
  • Sprinkle with cheese and cover skillet until cheese melts.
  • Ready in 30 min.
