Marinated Brussels
Bring on the brussels sprouts! The proper cooking time leaves a little bit of crunch and that nutty flavor. This dish is especially good when served with brown rice and butter.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) frozen Brussels sprouts
- 8 tablespoon(s) tarragon vinegar
- 8 tablespoon(s) oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion
Instructions

Cook Brussels sprouts until slightly under-done.

Drain.

Make a marinade with remaining ingredients.

Mix well and pour over Brussels sprouts while hot.

Marinate 3 to 4 days before serving.
