Marinated Brussels

Bring on the brussels sprouts!  The proper cooking time leaves a little bit of crunch and that nutty flavor. This dish is especially good when served with brown rice and butter.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) frozen Brussels sprouts
  • 8 tablespoon(s) tarragon vinegar
  • 8 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 teaspoon(s) granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) dried minced onion

Instructions
 

  • Cook Brussels sprouts until slightly under-done.
  • Drain.
  • Make a marinade with remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well and pour over Brussels sprouts while hot.
  • Marinate 3 to 4 days before serving.
  • Drain and serve.
  • Ready in 20 min.
