Marinated Bluefish & Scallion

Clean, delicate and simple, this bluefish is prepared with Asian influences. A combination of soy sauce, scallion and ginger root, serve this decadent dinner up with a side of rice or a baked potato.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) bluefish fillets
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped scallion
  • 3 teaspoon(s) finely chopped ginger root

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place fillets in a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle soy sauce over fillets; turn to coat.
  • Marinate 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
  • Rub bluefish fillets with scallion and ginger.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
  • Ready in 50 min.
