
Marinated Bluefish & Scallion
Clean, delicate and simple, this bluefish is prepared with Asian influences. A combination of soy sauce, scallion and ginger root, serve this decadent dinner up with a side of rice or a baked potato.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) bluefish fillets
- 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) finely chopped scallion
- 3 teaspoon(s) finely chopped ginger root
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place fillets in a lightly greased shallow 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle soy sauce over fillets; turn to coat.
- Marinate 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
- Rub bluefish fillets with scallion and ginger.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until fish flakes when pierced with a fork.
- Ready in 50 min.
