Marinated Beef

Ingredients

  

  • 2 pound(s) boneless sirloin
  • 24 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 cup(s) molasses
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 floz fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 3 cup(s) mixed greens (1 bag)

Instructions

 

  • In a non-reactive pot combine all ingredients except beef.
  • Heat until warm to touch.
  • Pour mixture over beef; cool.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • When ready to serve, slice thin and serve rare beef slices over salad.
