Marinated Beef

- 2 pound(s) boneless sirloin
- 24 tablespoon(s) rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup(s) molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 floz fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon(s) sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 3 cup(s) mixed greens (1 bag)
In a non-reactive pot combine all ingredients except beef.
Heat until warm to touch.
Pour mixture over beef; cool.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
When ready to serve, slice thin and serve rare beef slices over salad.
