Margarita Sorbet
It’s tequila time. Forget those shots. Instead, enjoy a bowl of this margarita sorbet that’s refreshing and fun for the over 21 crowd.
Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 33/50 cup(s) granulated sugar
- 16 floz cold water
- 6 floz lime juice
- 2 63/100 floz tequila
- 1 1/2 floz triple sec
Instructions

In saucepan, mix gelatin with sugar, blend in 1 cup of the water.

Let stand 1 minute.

Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves completely.

Stir in remaining water and rest of ingredients.

Freeze in 9-inch pan until firm (4-5 hours) Process (1/2 at a time) in food processor until smooth.

Freeze in pan until firm for about 2 hours.
