Low-Fat Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 3 medium potatoes
- 333/1000 cup(s) chicken stock
- 1/4 cup(s) plain yogurt
- 3 tablespoon(s) green pepper, minced
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- 333/1000 cup(s) onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) parsley flakes
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Cook potatoes in skins and cut into bite-size pieces.
